1. Blend Scone Mix together with water in a machine bowl for 1 minute on 1st speed.
    2. Scrape down and mix for a further 1 minute on 1st speed (add any fruit at the end of mixing time)
    3. Mould dough into a ball then leave to rest for a few minutes
    4. Roll out to approximately 1” thick, cut with a scone cutter and leave to rest for 15 minutes prior to baking
    5. Transfer onto baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes at 210°C (430°F)
    6. Alternatively place on the hot plate for 3 ½ minutes on each side at 200ºC (390ºF)
    7. When cool, cut in half and fill with whipped Mactop® Extra and a layer of jam
