- Place the Scone Mix and Brownie Mix in a machine bowl and, using a beater, add the water, mixing on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down well.
- Beat for approximately 6 minutes on middle speed.
- Using a depositor, create 20g mini rings. If a depositor is not available, create 50g doughnut rings.
- Deep fry the rings until dark brown and drain well.
- To finish, dust with Sweet Snow®.
