Method

    1. Place Macphie Shortbread Mix and softened butter in a mixer.
    2. Mix on slow speed until a stiff dough is formed.
    3. Pin out to required thickness.
    4. Cut using a heart-shaped cutter.
    5. Place onto baking tray and bake at 170-185ºC (340-365ºF) for 18 minutes.
    6. Leave to cool, finish with melted chocolate and chocolate sprinkles.

  • 1000g Macphie Shortbread Mix
  • 360g softened butter
  • Baking chocolate
  • Chocolate sprinkles
