- Place Macphie Shortbread Mix and softened butter in a mixer.
- Mix on slow speed until a stiff dough is formed.
- Pin out to required thickness.
- Cut using a heart-shaped cutter.
- Place onto baking tray and bake at 170-185ºC (340-365ºF) for 18 minutes.
- Leave to cool, finish with melted chocolate and chocolate sprinkles.
