Method

    1. Place Macphie Shortbread Mix and softened butter in a mixer
    2. Mix on slow speed until a stiff dough is formed
    3. Pin out to required thickness
    4. Cut using a heart-shaped cutter
    5. Place onto baking tray and bake at 170-185ÂșC for 18 minutes
    6. Leave to cool, finish with melted chocolate and chocolate sprinkles
