    1.Mix the Macphie Vegan Chocolate Muffin/Cake Mix and liquids on a slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down then mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.

    2.Deposit 60g of batter into standard cupcake cases.

    3.Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 28-30 minutes.

    4.Finish with Macphie Mallow (straight from the pail and whisk to desired consistency) pipe on top of the cupcakes and decorate using mini marshmallows and sugar paste.
