1. Oven cook or grill the burger as per the pack instructions
    2. Alternatively, to create a vegetarian option, brush a Portobello mushroom with a small amount of oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill for approximately 6-8 minutes, or until tender
    3. Once cooked, place Blue Cheese Melt on top and place under the grill. Ensure the melt reaches 75oC
    4. Slice tomatoes, onions and lettuce
    5. Before serving, toast the brioche and assemble toppings
    6. Serve with chips or a crisp side salad

  • A beef patty, or one large Portobello mushroom, stalk removed
