Strawberry & Black Pepper Muffins

- Place Macphie Strawberries & Cream Sensation® Mix into a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
- Add the oil and water and mix on 1st speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape down, add 2% total batter weight of black pepper and continue mixing for a further 2 minutes on 2nd speed.
- Reduce to 1st speed and mix for a final 1 minute.
- Deposit 85g into petal muffin cases and bake.
- Bake at 185°C (365°F) for 30 minutes.
- When cool finish with Mactop® Traditional, dust with Sweet Snow® and garnish with fresh strawberry.
