1. For best results, GlenDelight® should be chilled 24 hours prior to use to achieve temperature of 2-10°C.
    2. Pour into mixer with a whisk and whip on ½ speed until almost whipped then give short burst on top speed to achieve desired consistency.
    3. Place meringue on plate, top with whipped GlenDelight® and chopped kiwis and mango.
    4. Scope out the passion fruit seeds and mix through Mango Ku-li®.
    5. Drizzle over and serve.
