1. For best results, GlenDelight should be chilled 24 hours prior to use to achieve temperature of 2-10°C
    2. Pour into mixer with a whisk and whip on ½ speed until almost whipped then give short burst on top speed to achieve desired consistency
    3. Place meringue on plate, top with whipped GlenDelight and chopped kiwis and mango.
    4. Scope out the passion fruit seeds and mix through Mango Ku-li
    5. Drizzle over and serve
