1. Combine Macphie Shortbread Mix with the softened butter using a beater.
    2. Mix on a slow speed, adding the oats and seeds until a stiff dough is formed (the dough should pull away slightly from the sides of the bowl).
    3. Roll out and cut biscuits using a circular scallop cookie cutter.
    4. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 60 minutes.
