Method

  • Makes 36

    1. Mix Shortbread Mix and butter together until a dough is formed.
    2. Pin to 5mm in thickness and cut out required heart shape.
    3. Bake at 350°F (160 °C) for 25-30 minutes.
    4. Allow to cool.
    5. Whip Mallow for 4-5 minutes, as per pack instructions, add any colouring or flavour as desired.
    6. Pipe Mallow on top, using a star shaped nozzle to create a heart effect.
