- Mix Shortbread Mix and butter together until a dough is formed.
- Pin to 5mm in thickness and cut out required heart shape.
- Bake at 350°F (160 °C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Whip Mallow for 4-5 minutes, as per pack instructions, add any colouring or flavour as desired.
- Pipe Mallow on top, using a star shaped nozzle to create a heart effect.
