Method

  • Mix Shortbread Mix and butter together until a dough is formed

    Pin to 5mm in thickness and cut out required heart shape

    Bake at 350°F (160 °C) for 25-30 minutes

    Allow to cool

    Whip Mallow for 4-5 minutes, as per pack instructions, add any colouring or flavour as desired

    Pipe Mallow on top, using  a star shaped nozzle to create a heart effect
