1. Mix the Macphie Vegan Muffin/Cake Mix and liquids (including violet flavouring) on slow speed for 1 minute.
2.Scrape down then mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
3.Deposit 60g into standard cupcake cases and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 28-30 minutes.
4.Allow to cool.
5.Decorate with dual piping of Macphie Vegan Vanilla Frosting and violet frosting (colour and flavour the vanilla frosting to taste).
