1. Mix the Vegan Cake Mix and liquids on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down then mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
    2. Deposit batter into desired cakes (120g for muffin cases).
    3. Bake at 360 °F (180 °C) for 35-40 minutes.
    4. Allow to cool and decorate with Macphie Vegan Vanilla Frosting as desired.
