1. Place the Viennese mix in a mixing bowl and add the fat (suitable softened)
    2. Mix on slow speed for approximately 30 seconds or until the fat is evenly dispersed
    3. Mix on medium for a further 5 minutes
    4. Deposit into a shell shape using a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle
    5. Bake at 190oC for 15 minutes until golden brown
