Method
-
- Place the Viennese mix in a mixing bowl and add the fat (suitable softened)
- Mix on slow speed for approximately 30 seconds or until the fat is evenly dispersed
- Mix on medium for a further 5 minutes
- Deposit into a shell shape using a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle
- Bake at 190oC for 15 minutes until golden brown

- 500g margarine or softened butter
- 5th Avenue Chocolate Icing
- Sweet Snow
