1. Cook the shallots in a little oil on medium heat for 5 minutes, then add mushrooms.
    2. Fry for another 5 minutes, then add red wine and cook it through, before adding Macphie Demi-Glace.
    3. To finish, add Macphie GlenDelight® and heat through before seasoning to taste and serving.
