Method

    1. Pour Macphie Sicilian Lemon Dessert into a saucepan and gently heat to 85-90ºC, stirring continuously.
    2. Spoon lemon curd into dishes then cover with heated Sicilian Lemon Pot.
    3. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
    4. Decorate with whipped Macphie Glendelight®.
