A delicately flavoured, smooth white sauce. It is an extremely versatile base. Whatever ingredients are added to the sauce, it is tolerant and maintains consistency. Bain-marie, micro-wave and freeze-thaw stable. Contains no artificial colouring or flavours. Available in 12 x 1 litre, 10 litre and 25 litre packs. Shelf life of up to 12 months on 1 litre packs and 9 months on 10 litre and 25 litre packs
