A ready-to-use, liquid glaze developed for sweet applications. Unlike sugar bun washes, Sweet Glaze is contact-wrappable and will not stick to the packaging. Flavours eg. citrus or spice oils can be added for a variety of applications. For best results apply immediately after baking. Suitable for application either by brushing or spraying using a hand-held spray gun or an automated spinning disc system.
Ultra heat treatment and aseptic packaging assures a long, ambient shelf life, unopened, and makes for easy storage. Once opened, store in a refrigerator and use within 7 days.
Suitable for vegetarians. Available in 12x1 litre and 10 litre packs.
