A dual purpose, powder mix that can be reconstituted with cold water to make a rich, creamy custard ideal for custard slices, Danish pastries, doughnuts, éclairs and trifles. It can also be reconstituted with hot water to produce custard suitable for pouring over puddings, fruit tarts and pies. It will set without forming a skin. In addition it can be blended with whipped GlenDelight or Mactop Traditional to produce a luxurious crème patisserie-style filling. Micro-wave, bain-marie and freeze/thaw stable.
