A cold process powder mix, it produces a creamy, vanilla custard. It is easily sliced when set making it ideal for custard slices and mille feuille. In addition it can be blended with whipped GlenDelight or Mactop Traditional to produce a luxurious crème patisserie-style filling. Micro-wave, bain-marie and freeze/thaw stable.
