Terms and conditions

1. Open to employees of bona fide food and catering businesses in the UK and Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except employees and their immediate families of Macphie of Glenbervie, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. To enter the promotion entrants must fill in their details on the entry form. No payment is necessary to enter. Only only entry per person.
3. Valid from 1/02/2010 until 31/03/2010. The winner will be randomly selected and notified within 7 days of the closing date.
4. The prize consists of vouchers worth £300, which can be used for two nights accommodation in a Hilton Hotel of the winners choice. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date the winner is notified. Travel insurance and other expenses are not included. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.
5. The organisers reserve the right to verify the validity of entries. Neither Macphie of Glenbervie Ltd. nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion.
6. By entering the promotion, participants agree that their name can be released should they win the prize draw. The winner may be required to participate in publicity for this promotion.
