This viscous release agent with lecithin was developed for use on moulds, baking sheets and steel belts. It is particularly suitable for releasing products with a high sugar or albumen content, as well as rolls, bread and biscuits. It has strong adhesion properties, minimum of carbonization, good spraying properties, especially effective through air-mix spraying systems, electrostatic spraying machines and belt greasing machines.
