This release agent is quick and easy to use as it is packed in an aerosol spray can. No training required. For all releasing problems in the bakery and confectionery field. It has excellent releasing properties, minimal carbonization (reduces cleaning of bakery trays). Recommended for use with bread tins, baking sheets, cake tins, hot plates, steel belts, meringue baking sheets and waffle irons. Long shelf life : 18 months in originally closed cans. Available in 6 x 500ml cans.
