We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join Customer Service Team here at Glenbervie. This is a busy, fast paced role which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team.

The role:

The role involves working as part of a small team providing day to day support for our UK and International customers, acting as a first point of contact and ensuring that orders are processed correctly, and enquiries are efficiently resolved.

You will actively work to enhance and progress working relationships with customers and key stakeholders throughout the supply chain.Β  This will include resolving any associated challenges professionally and efficiently, to minimise any disruption to customers and the business.

With direction from the Customer Service Manager, you will work to continually improve the delivery of service through process improvement, relationship development and other initiatives identified as appropriate. Daily interface with internal and external teams to ensure customer requirements are met on time in full; generating and implementing solutions to overcome any barriers to this.

Using an understanding of our capabilities and our customers’ requirements, resolve any logistical and stock control issues in an effective and timely manner.

THE PERSON

The successful candidate will be a motivated and resourceful individual who displays a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You will possess excellent communication skills as well as having the ability to work on your own initiative and manage workload. You will have good attention to detail and thrive under pressure. Β A good level of literacy, numeracy and IT skills are also required. Previous customer service experience is desired but not essential.
