Macphie’s team is joining Andrew Ingredients at IFEX 2022 later this month – Northern Ireland’s largest industry showcase of the latest products in food and drink, catering and equipment.
The three-day show takes place on 29 – 31 March at the Titanic Exhibition Centre in Belfast.
As well as showcasing its range of sweet and savoury bakery products and newest innovations, Macphie is sponsoring the street food area where you’ll be able to watch rival culinary teams go head-to-head to slice, style and serve a range of vibrant new dishes. This year’s competition will feature teams of eight, primarily from local culinary colleges, operating under realistic service conditions to prove they can deliver exceptional food under pressure.
Running alongside the event are the IFEX Innovation Awards, celebrating standout products in food, drink and equipment. Macphie’s Plant-based Cream Alternative has been shortlisted in the food & drink category and winners will be announced on Wednesday 30 March in the IFEX Insights Theatre at 2pm.
