An all-encompassing cake mix that makes a neutral vanilla base, which you can add colour, flavour and inclusions to. One product which is a suitable alternative to both Genoese & Madeira Mixes.

Designed for small scale bakeries to larger scale manufacturers – just add oil and water to create a variety of bakes: slabs, celebration cakes, loaf cakes and cupcakes.

With the easy-to-deposit and easy-to-spread batter, our mix provides a convenient and consistent starting point for baking firm favourites and on-trend treats.

This mix is accepting of colours, flavours and inclusions to give you endless opportunities with your bakes. Celebration Cake Mix is also freeze-thaw stable in application.

Excellent texture, firm yet moist, with a closed crumb structure designed to ensure ease of icing and creaming. Pairs perfectly with Macphie Dairy Cream Alternatives, Frostings, Finishings, Fillings and 5th Avenue® Icings.
