Macfil is a concentrated, sweetened confectionery filling, which is a great alternative to butter cream or dairy cream depending on the level of water added.

Simply add water to make a smooth paste that whips to give an inexpensive, yet indulgent filling.

Macfil has a long shelf life in application. At maximum water input the product has approximately 3 to 4 days shelf life and at minimum water input it will have 10 to 14 days.

Macfil is a great addition to fruit tarts, Swiss rolls, apple turnovers, French fancies, doughnut fingers and can be used to layer over sponge cakes.
