Our mildly-spiced Nacho Cheese Sauce is a versatile sauce that’s ideal for adding a little heat to savoury dishes and snacks.
Made with real cheddar, its mildly spiced tang is just as at home on nachos, dirty fries and hotdogs as it is in more unexpected dishes like waffles, or as a creamy sauce base for chicken and pasta. With its vibrant colour and great cling, it’s perfect for sharing platters and dips. We know some like it hot and this sauce works well with added inclusions like fresh chilli or jalapenos. Or when you need to cool things down, this clever sauce is freeze-thaw stable in application.
Not only does it work wonders in a wide variety of recipes, you can prepare it a number of ways, too. Simply heat it with a microwave, kettle, hob, bain-marie or hot cabinet and it’s ready to serve up a little heat of its own!
