A simple red wine sauce - Macphie


Savoury sauce range of dishes


  1. Add the 250ml of red wine to a medium sized saucepan.

  2. Turn on a medium heat, bring to the boil and reduce by half.

  3. Add the 500ml of Plant-Based Demi-Glace and gently bring to a simmer.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
