A simple red wine sauce

Ingredients
500ml Plant-based Demi-Glace
250ml red wine
salt & pepper
Method
Add the 250ml of red wine to a medium sized saucepan.
Turn on a medium heat, bring to the boil and reduce by half.
Add the 500ml of Plant-Based Demi-Glace and gently bring to a simmer.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
