- 200g Macphie Complete Pancake and Waffle Mix
- 240g water
Method Makes 11 pancakes
- Whisk 200g mix and 240ml water, the mix will be thick and lumpy.
- Allow to stand for 10 minutes before use.
- Heat a lightly greased frying pan or griddle over a medium heat.
- Use a ladle to scoop approximately 40g of batter into the pan.
- Wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then turn over and cook until golden brown.
