Recipe Apple and cinnamon crumble loaf cake

Method

  1. Place the Macphie Apple & Cinnamon Sensation®, the 350g water and oil into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.

  4. Place in desired loaf tin.

  5. Make some flapjack crumble by adding the 50g of water to the Macphie Flapjack Mix then crumbling that on top of the cake batter before baking.

  6. Bake at 180°C for approx. 40-45 minutes.

  7. Once baked dust with Macphie Cinnamon Fine Non-Hydrogenated Sweet Snow®
