Method

  1. Place Macphie Apple Cinnamon Sensation®, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater, mix on slow speed for 1 minute, scrape down. Then mix for further 4 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Pour into a lined tray and bake at 180°C for 40 – 45 minutes, Once cooled, cube.

  3. Fill a cream whipper halfway with Macphie Mactop® Traditional and charge with 1-2 charges (depending on the size of the canister).

  4. Build sundae with layers of cubed Macphie Apple & Cinnamon Sensation®, Macphie Mactop® Traditional and Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping.

  5. Top with the whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional, cubed Macphie Apple & Cinnamon Sensation®, Macphie o.t.t® Salted Caramel dessert topping and torched marshmallow, Enjoy!
