Recipe Asparagus with hollandaise sauce

Ingredients
- Macphie Hollandaise Sauce
- Asparagus

Method
Wash & pat dry the asparagus.
Trim off bottoms of the asparagus.
Place a small pan of salted water onto simmer.
When water is simmering, place the asparagus into water and simmer for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Heat up a small pan of Macphie Hollandaise Sauce.
Once the asparagus is tender, drain and place onto a serving plate and drizzle with Macphie Hollandaise Sauce.
