Method

  1. Wash & pat dry the asparagus.

  2. Trim off bottoms of the asparagus.

  3. Place a small pan of salted water onto simmer.

  4. When water is simmering, place the asparagus into water and simmer for 3-4 minutes until tender.

  5. Heat up a small pan of Macphie Hollandaise Sauce.

  6. Once the asparagus is tender, drain and place onto a serving plate and drizzle with Macphie Hollandaise Sauce.
