Method

  1. Bring Macphie Chocolate Pot to the boil, add the Tia Maria and dark chocolate, stirring continuously for 1-2 mins until the chocolate has melted.

  2. Pour into small shot glasses, place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.

  3. Bring the Macphie Panna Cotta to the boil, stirring continuously add in the Baileys, pour on top of the set Macphie Chocolate Pot and place into the fridge.

  4. Allow to set then serve.
