Method

  1. Mix the Macphie Vegan Muffin & Cake Mix and liquids on slow speed for 1 minute.

  2. Scrape down then add the fresh banana and bicarbonate of soda.

  3. Mix again on middle speed for 6 minutes.

  4. Deposit batter into desired cakes (120g for muffin cases).

  5. Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool and decorate with Macphie Vanilla Frosting with added cinnamon.

  7. Serve with a sliced banana chip on top.
