Recipe Banana split
Ingredients
- Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping
- Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping
- Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative
- 1 large banana
- 4 scoops of strawberry ice cream
- 4 scoops of chocolate ice cream
- 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- Ice cream garnishes of your choice!
Method Makes 2 portions
Whip the Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative until trebled in volume.
Peel and split 2 ripe bananas lengthways and line two ice cream boats.
Build 2 scoops (yes 2!) of each flavour ice cream into each boat, followed by dollops of whipped Plant-based Cream Alternative.
Drizzle generously with Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping and Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping.
Garnish with hundreds and thousands, wafers, cherries and flakes or whatever you want!
