Banana split featuring Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping


Method Makes 2 portions

  1. Whip the Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative until trebled in volume.

  2. Peel and split 2 ripe bananas lengthways and line two ice cream boats.

  3. Build 2 scoops (yes 2!) of each flavour ice cream into each boat, followed by dollops of whipped Plant-based Cream Alternative.

  4. Drizzle generously with Macphie o.t.t® Strawberry dessert topping and Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping.

  5. Garnish with hundreds and thousands, wafers, cherries and flakes or whatever you want!
