Recipe Banoffee Bao bun
Ingredients
- 20g Macphie Mactop® Traditional
- 20g Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping
- Caramelized banana
- 1 Bao Bun
Method
Chill the Macphie Mactop® Traditional to 2-10°C and fill approximately 1/3rd of bowl before whipping.
Whip until soft peak consistency is achieved.
Deep fry the bao buns at 170°C until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and toss in sugar.
Pipe in the Macphie Mactop® Traditional until full and smoothed off.
Once full place in the caramelized banana pieces.
Finish with a drizzle of Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping.
