Method

  1. Place the Macphie Banoffee Sensation®, water and oil into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.

  4. Bake in a suitable frame at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes.

  5. Once baked top with warmed Macphie Luxury Caramel Filling so its nice and level.

  6. Top the frame with whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional and set in the blast freezer.

  7. Once set portion into your desired size  then decorate with a piping of Macphie Salted Caramel Frosting and some dried banana and fudge chunks.
