• 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 150g BBQ pulled jackfruit
  • 50g Macphie Bechamel with Butter sauce
  • 10g lemon juice
  • Half a chilli, sliced
  • Four spring onions
  • 50g grated cheese


  1. Warm up the jackfruit until heated through thoroughly.
  2. Spread the jackfruit evenly over the tortilla chips.
  3. Sprinkle over the cheese and grill until melted.
  4. Mix the Macphie B├ęchamel with Butter Sauce & lemon together and drizzle over the top.
  5. Garnish with the chilli & spring onion.
