- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 150g BBQ pulled jackfruit
- 50g Macphie Bechamel with Butter sauce
- 10g lemon juice
- Half a chilli, sliced
- Four spring onions
- 50g grated cheese
- Warm up the jackfruit until heated through thoroughly.
- Spread the jackfruit evenly over the tortilla chips.
- Sprinkle over the cheese and grill until melted.
- Mix the Macphie Béchamel with Butter Sauce & lemon together and drizzle over the top.
- Garnish with the chilli & spring onion.
