Ingredients

  • 200g beef mince
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 1 large diced carrot
  • 500g Macphie Demi-Glace Sauce
  • 500g peeled & sliced potatoes
  • Salt & pepper

Method

Makes 4 portions

  1. Dry fry the beef mince in a large saucepan, then add onions &  carrots.
  2. Cook gently for 10-15 minutes, then add the sauce.
  3. Bring to a simmer, then pour into a baking dish.
  4. Put in the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
