Beef & vegetable hot pot
- 200g beef mince
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 large diced carrot
- 500g Macphie Demi-Glace Sauce
- 500g peeled & sliced potatoes
- Salt & pepper
Makes 4 portions
- Dry fry the beef mince in a large saucepan, then add onions & carrots.
- Cook gently for 10-15 minutes, then add the sauce.
- Bring to a simmer, then pour into a baking dish.
- Put in the oven for 15 minutes until golden.
