Method

  1. Place Macphie Celebration Cake Mix, 300g of the water & all the oil into a machine bowl and mix for 1 min on slow speed then mix for 4 min on 2nd speed.

  2. Place the rest of the water into the machine and mix for 2 mins on slow speed.

  3. Blend in the coloured sprinkles and deposit into foil trays.

  4. Bake for around 30 – 35 mins at 180°C.

  5. Once cool decorate the cake with Macphie 5th Avenue® White icing and more sprinkles.

  6. Mix Macphie Crème Anglaise with a small amount of red food colouring.

  7. Once you have achieved your desired colour, heat up the pink Macphie Crème Anglaise and serve warm with a slice of birthday cake.
