Recipe Birthday loaded cookie
Ingredients
- Macphie Strawberry Frosting
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix
- Sprinkles
- 120g water
- 150g white chocolate chunks
Method
Combine the white chocolate chunks with the Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and water, mix until a dough is formed.
Roll into 60g balls, flatten slightly and place in the fridge, allow to chill for at least 1 hour.
Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.
Allow to cool.
Decorate with Macphie Strawberry Frosting and sprinkles.
