Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.

  2. Add the oil/margarine and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed

  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 180⁰C

  4. To make Leche mix combine the condensed milk, Macphie GlenDelight® and milk together

  5. Once baked place in a deep tray and soak with the leche mixture and let soak for an hour

  6. Remove from Leche mixture and spread on a thick layer of whipped Macphie Mactop® Extra and decorate as required
