Recipe Black Forest Pain de leche
Ingredients
- Macphie Mactop® Extra
- 1kg Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix
- 200g Water
- 300g Veg oil
- 350g Liquid egg
- Condensed Milk
- Milk
- GlenDelight®
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add the egg and Macphie Chocolate Crème Cake Mix and beat for 1 minute on slow speed and 3 minutes on medium speed.
Add the oil/margarine and water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed, Scrape down and mix for a further 3 minutes on slow speed
Bake for 30 minutes at 180⁰C
To make Leche mix combine the condensed milk, Macphie GlenDelight® and milk together
Once baked place in a deep tray and soak with the leche mixture and let soak for an hour
Remove from Leche mixture and spread on a thick layer of whipped Macphie Mactop® Extra and decorate as required
