Method

  1. Place the Macphie Black Forest Sensation®,  water and oil into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.

  4. Bake as a whole sheet around 2/3cm thick at 160°C for around 40 mins.

  5. Once cooked portion into required equal lengths for a layered slice.

  6. Between each layer spread some whipped Mactop® Extra  and repeat the process. Place in the blast freezer to firm up

  7. Once firm portion into a slice and lay down flat.

  8. Whip some Macphie Mactop® Extra with some melted chocolate to your desired taste then pipe over the black forest slice.

  9. Decorate with some coco powder, chocolate sprinkles and cherries.
