Recipe Black forest sundae

Method

  1. Place the Macphie Black Forest Sensation®, water and oil into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute then scrape down.

  3. Mix for a further 4 minutes on middle speed.

  4. Bake at 180°C for approx. 40-45 minutes.

  5. Once cooled dice into cubes then layer in a coupe with whipped Macphie Mactop® Traditional.

  6. Top with cherries and Macphie o.t.t® Belgian Chocolate dessert topping

  7. Decorate with chocolate.
