Method

  1. Combine the black cocoa powder with the Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix.

  2. Add in the white chocolate chips and water, mix to a dough.

  3. Ball into 60g balls and flatten slightly.

  4. Place into the fridge for and hour.

  5. Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.

  6. Allow to cool and serve on its own or top with Macphie Cookies & Cream Flavour Frosting and crushed biscuits.
