Recipe Black & white cookies
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix
- 20g black coco powder
- 150g white chocolate chips
- 130g water
- Macphie Cookies & Cream Flavour Frosting
- Biscuits
Method
Combine the black cocoa powder with the Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix.
Add in the white chocolate chips and water, mix to a dough.
Ball into 60g balls and flatten slightly.
Place into the fridge for and hour.
Bake on 150°C for 12-14 minutes until cooked.
Allow to cool and serve on its own or top with Macphie Cookies & Cream Flavour Frosting and crushed biscuits.
