Method

  1. In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Blondie Mix.

  2. Beat for 1 minute on slow.

  3. Beat for 3 minutes on medium and add any flavour or inclusions you desire (we used chocolate chips, brown butter flavouring and thyme!), then bake at 175°C for 40 minutes, once cooled cut to desired shape.

  4. Once baked garnish with Macphie Sweet Snow®
