Recipe Blondie cookies
Ingredients
- 1kg Macphie Blondie Mix
- 190g water
- 190g vegetable oil
- Chocolate chips
- Macphie Sweet Snow®
- Thyme
- Brown butter flavouring
Method
In a machine bowl fitted with a paddle, add vegetable oil and water to the Macphie Blondie Mix.
Beat for 1 minute on slow.
Beat for 3 minutes on medium and add any flavour or inclusions you desire (we used chocolate chips, brown butter flavouring and thyme!), then bake at 175°C for 40 minutes, once cooled cut to desired shape.
Once baked garnish with Macphie Sweet Snow®
