Method Makes 1 large tart

  1. Line 8″ or 10″ flan case with short crust pastry. 

  2. Add the blueberry filling.

  3. Top with lattice puff pastry then glaze using Macphie Plant-based Glaze.

  4. Bake at 220°C for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Glaze again when taken from oven for extra shine.

  6. Allow to cool and serve with Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative (which can also be made into ice-cream).
