Recipe Blueberry tart

Ingredients
- Macphie Plant-based Glaze
- Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative
- Blueberry filling
- Short crust pastry

Method Makes 1 large tart
Line 8″ or 10″ flan case with short crust pastry.
Add the blueberry filling.
Top with lattice puff pastry then glaze using Macphie Plant-based Glaze.
Bake at 220°C for 15-20 minutes.
Glaze again when taken from oven for extra shine.
Allow to cool and serve with Macphie Plant-based Cream Alternative (which can also be made into ice-cream).
