Bread & butter Brûlée pudding

Method Makes 1 large bowl

  1. Slice croissants through the centre & spread with Macphie Luxury Belgian Chocolate Filling.

  2. Line a dish with a good layer of the croissants. 

  3. Place Macphie Crème Brûlée into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.

  4. Pour over the croissants, ensuring they are all covered, cool slightly and then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.

  5. Once set sprinkle with demerara sugar and using a blow torch give it slight scorch.
