Recipe Bread & butter Brûlée pudding


Ingredients
- 1 litre Macphie Crème Brûlée
- Croissants
- Macphie Luxury Belgian Chocolate Filling
- Demerara sugar

Method Makes 1 large bowl
Slice croissants through the centre & spread with Macphie Luxury Belgian Chocolate Filling.
Line a dish with a good layer of the croissants.
Place Macphie Crème Brûlée into a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
Pour over the croissants, ensuring they are all covered, cool slightly and then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.
Once set sprinkle with demerara sugar and using a blow torch give it slight scorch.
